CAWS provides the Manufacturer and the Representative with a contract that is designed to benefit both parties. A clause by clause analysis of the benefits is presented in this brochure. Executing a CAWS Contract shows “good faith.”

MEDIATION & GRIEVANCE PROGRAM
Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) has become a way of life for CAWS members. Since 1991 the CAWS legal counsel has mediated hundreds of disputes, while there has not been a single Arbitration hearing.
